If you have purchased any of WILIBOX products, you will get free support for the first 10 days after the purchase. Free support includes consultations on installation and setting up of the requested configuration, as well as the problem analysis and solution for it.

EXTENDED SUPPORT

Any WILI customer is provided with the possibility to extend the support of WILIBOX products for month(s) or full year. Only the Extended support users may get support by phone and an unlimited incident support. The Extended support includes priority response to the reported software tickets, setting up and testing of the requested configuration, problem analysis and solution, investigation of new feature requests. You will also be guided on how to configure any of WILI products.
